Avari Hospitality is led by co-founders Anjana Pandya and Taher Tafader, supported by a team of senior hospitality and real estate executives. Anjana brings more than three decades of hospitality operations, finance and commercial leadership; Taher brings more than twenty years of real estate, acquisitions and deal-structuring expertise. Together, they give us the ability to understand both the property and the hospitality business within it — from staffing and housekeeping to guest experience, technology, distribution, pricing, acquisitions and profitability.
